Description: Design and construction of a 16,000 square foot office/high-tech R&D facility half of which is occupied by 2Wire, Inc. This project incorporates a progressive use of a variety of building materials.

Description: 14,000 square foot high tech R&D facility per specifications of National Semiconductor Corporation Engineering Design Center, Santa Clara California. Project included very sophisticated interiors and the latest innovations in HVAC zoning, data and communications cabling, security systems, etc.
Project: Renovation of Multi-Tenant Office and Retail Building in Historic Downtown Grass Valley, Grass Valley, California

Description: Renovation of a 6,400 square foot office and retail building. Use of historical building materials and design while making structural modifications was a unique challenge for this project. Interior offices, though modern, reflect the vintage of the building.

Project: Design Facility for 3Com (U.S. Robotics) in Whispering Pines Business Park, Grass Valley, California

Description: 22,000 square foot high tech R&D facility per specifications of 3Com, Chicago Illinois. Building interior included very complex electrical and data/communications systems. Time constraints required the project be completed in nine months from start of design to occupancy.

Description: 25,000 square foot speculative industrial building, capable of accommodating from one to six tenants easily. The innovative use of corrugated siding and roof overhangs have won praise from many. Flexibility of design to easily accomodate future tenant changes is key to success. Successfully completed on time and on budget.

Description: 40,000 square foot claims processing center per the specifications of Blue Shield, San Francisco. Project require-ments were such that building must be designed, permitted and built in twelve months. Very elaborate, expensive and high tech interiors, as well as, coordinating with Blue Shield selected vendors from around the state complicated the process.
