Description: Renovation of a 6,400 square foot office and retail
building. Use of historical building materials and design while
making structural modifications was a unique challenge for this
project. Interior offices, though modern, reflect the vintage of

Description: 25,000 square foot speculative industrial building,
capable of accommodating from one to six tenants easily. The innovative
use of corrugated siding and roof overhangs have won praise from
many. Flexibility of design to easily accomodate future tenant
changes is key to success. Successfully completed on time and on
budget.

Description: 40,000 square foot claims processing center per the
specifications of Blue Shield, San Francisco. Project require-ments
were such that building must be designed, permitted and built in
twelve months. Very elaborate, expensive and high tech interiors,
as well as, coordinating with Blue Shield selected vendors from
around the state complicated the process. |
