Rey Johnson brings a strong background of success in real estate development and banking to Pacific Land Enterprises, Inc., strengthening the firm’s entrepreneurial creative force and helping to attain its goals.
His development experience over the past 35+ years covers five states and includes diverse projects such as malls, office and industrial parks, sports complexes, as well as residential and ranch properties.
Johnson’s career in commercial banking included co-founding and serving as a board member of the Bank of Walnut Creek, which in 25 years grew into an institution with assets in excess of $600 million. His community involvement includes the Friendship Club, Economic Resource Council and The Grass Valley Center for the Arts. .
Jeff Johnson contributes a diversified background of over 20 years in real estate development, investment, financing, marketing and management to Pacific Land Enterprises, Inc. He brings the expertise of a skilled coordinator who directs the efforts of architects, engineers, contractors and governmental and public agency approvals.
In addition to managing the development of building shells, he has managed tenant improvement construction ranging from multi-million dollar research and development build-outs to small office modifications needed to tailor properties to client requirements. He has supervised the marketing and management of over a million square feet of commercial property and is a licensed real estate broker.
Mr. Johnson is on the Board and Past Chair of the Nevada County Economic Resource Council and is Chairman of the Grass Valley Downtown Association’s Economic Restructuring Committee.
Mr. Johnson’s close involvement in lease and sales negotiations assures our clients of receiving the high level of quality they expect and deserve.
Ms. Schutt contributes essential organizational and communication skills to the variety of services Pacific Land Enterprises, Inc. provides to tenants, vendors and investors.
